Novitas is a result of an employee-driven idea and was incubated inside the organization for over one year before it recognized itself as one among the five fully-owned SBU’s of Wings.
Since inception, Novitas has imbibed the parent company's values and culture of providing innovative and affordable pharmaceutical products. The divisions focus has been to compete in Branded Generics category and today Novitas is reckoned as one of the key players in this segment.
The division has a product portfolio of over 130 products ranging from anti-infective to pain-management and diabetic solutions to derma care. With a national presence Wings is proud to share that the Novitas portfolio has touched over 70 million lives and has set itself a target of increasing this reach to touch over a 150 million lives in the near future.

This was picked up by the team at Wings and gave rise to the Life Care Division that manufactures and markets pharmaceutical products in the generic category.

The unit uses the latest in technology and brightest of minds to manufacture tablets, capsules, dry syrups, lotion & shampoo, liquid, soap powder and others. With a product portfolio of 70 products this division has a market-reach that covers the whole of North India.
